July 28, All Nations Worship Assembly, Chicago, IL

Posted on July 31, 2017 by Bob Sorge

Friday morning: I’m leaving the house at 6 a.m., taking a direct flight to Chicago Ohare, and then will be driven to All Nations Worship Assembly on the south side of Chicago. I’m one of the speakers at a worship conference there this weekend. This will be my first time with this congregation, so I’m not sure what to expect, and am looking forward to what the Lord has. You can check out their site at allnationswa.com. One of the speakers is longtime friend Judith McAllister, and it will be great to be reunited in fellowship with her after many years. (She has served for years as worship pastor at W. Los Angeles COGIC, bishop Charles Blake,)

6:00 pm: Greetings from my Chicago hotel. Had a great session this afternoon. Worship leaders from all around this part of Chicago. They soaked it up, strong impartation. Already talking about a return visit.

I will be collected at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday, driven to O’Hare, and will fly to Raleigh NC. They by car to Hillsborough, NC. This will be my second time with lifepointnc.org. I was there last summer, a visit that was pulled together by my friends Pat & Marie Mahoney. Now I’m returning for another round, smile. And will be lodged with folks that know my brother Sheldon from way back in his Durham days. Services at Life Point are scheduled for Saturday at 6 pm and Sunday morning.
