The Lord gave me strength and grace to preach twice, and the receptivity of the group to the message was very open and eager. The altar filled after each service, and others just hung around for a while in worship and connecting with the Lord. A very precious atmosphere. It was a good lead-in, I think, to the Solemn Assembly we’ll beholding in the same building for Mon/Tue/Wed this week, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Jesus wants us to respond to His chastening by being zealous and repenting (Rev 3:19). This is an excellent time for us to respond to the Lord with fasting and prayer, with zeal and repentance. We cry out for our nation, for the church, and for our own lives personally.
